Online payment processing
Client payments are processed through PayArc. Standard rates are 3.4% + $0.35 per card transaction and 1.0% + $0.30 per ACH transaction, with a $10/month ACH processing fee. You choose whether you, your customer, or both split the platform fee on each payment type. More detail →
Text messages and calls
The Communication Portal uses a dedicated phone number ($2.50/month) with carrier-required 10DLC campaign registration ($5/month, plus a one-time $10 brand registration).
